These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the lobi98 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with lobi98, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia (or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use) to register and play on lobi98. Age verification is mandatory during KYC.
Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) within 12–24 business hours. All transactions must pass anti-money-laundering (AML) checks.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 20×–30× the bonus amount). Bonuses are non-transferable, non-cashable as principal, and may be forfeited if abuse or multi-accounting is detected.
Each player may hold only one active lobi98 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared with any third party.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.2 lobi98 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a Player is found to have misrepresented their age or eligibility, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned net of any withdrawals already made.
2.3 lobi98 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account without prior notice if it determines that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this clause.
3.1 To use the Platform, you must register for a single, personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
3.2 One Account per Player. Each individual may hold only one Account. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify lobi98 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. lobi98 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
3.5 lobi98 may require you to update your Account information at any time and may suspend your Account pending receipt of such updated information.
4.1 In compliance with international AML and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, lobi98 requires all Players to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.

4.4 Players who fail to complete KYC within 30 days of their first deposit request will have their Account suspended until verification is completed.

5.4 lobi98 does not charge fees on standard local bank transfers. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which lobi98 accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes during standard banking hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Transfers initiated outside these hours may be processed on the next business day. lobi98 accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account registered in the Player's own name and matching the identity on file with lobi98. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day as displayed in the Platform's cashier section. Players at higher VIP tiers benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits.
6.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing period of 12–24 business hours following KYC approval. lobi98 reserves the right to extend this period to up to 5 business days where additional security checks are required.
6.4 Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only the net winnings derived from the conversion of Bonus Funds — after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied — are eligible for withdrawal, subject to maximum withdrawal caps disclosed in the relevant promotion's terms.
6.5 lobi98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to bank account statements, enhanced source-of-funds verification, and further KYC documents.
6.6 In the event of a system error, technical fault, or erroneous crediting of funds, lobi98 reserves the right to void affected bets or correct Account balances accordingly, irrespective of whether a withdrawal has been requested.
7.1 lobi98 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
7.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
7.3 lobi98 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage), using software to manipulate game outcomes, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional conditions.
Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their winnings voided, Bonus Funds removed, and Accounts permanently suspended. lobi98 may recover any real-money funds used in conjunction with abusive bonus activity.
7.4 Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are subject to their own specific terms published on the Platform at the time of launch.
8.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, stake, and odds — prior to confirmation. lobi98 does not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted by the Platform.
8.2 Sports betting markets offered by lobi98 include, but are not limited to: football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), basketball, volleyball, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market availability is subject to change.
8.3 In the event of a match or event abandonment, voided fixture, or result dispute, lobi98 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, lobi98's decision shall be final and binding.
8.4 Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) draw results are determined by the official result published by the relevant pool operator (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, or equivalent). lobi98 accepts no liability for discrepancies between third-party result feeds and official publications where such discrepancy is corrected within 24 hours.
8.5 All casino games and slots operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.6 Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per product category apply as displayed in the Platform's cashier and game information sections. lobi98 reserves the right to limit the stake or payout of any individual Player at its sole discretion.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of lobi98 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without lobi98's prior written consent.
11.3 The lobi98 name, logo, and all related product names and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of lobi98. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use such marks without prior written approval.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lobi98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
12.2 lobi98's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 lobi98 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 lobi98 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, governmental actions, or third-party payment processor outages.
13.1 lobi98 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
13.3 The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lobi98 holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact lobi98's customer support team in the first instance. lobi98 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the governing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent lobi98 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce payment obligations.
